Retail Vendor Application
Unity Tailgate is bringing in dozens of retail vendors for our uniquely themed, ‘World’s Largest Tailgate’. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage potential vendors to send completed applications as soon as possible as spaces will fill up quickly. We look forward to reviewing your application.
- Retail vendors will receive a 10’x10′ space in either the main exhibit hall or outer concourse hall presentation within the venue(s), tables/chairs, and a power source will be provided.
- Vendors will be provided with Electricity according to their power needs (please give 48 hrs advance notice).
- Vendors will be provided 2 Tables & 4 Chairs for their booth.
- Vendors will receive a FREE ad space & listing in the 200+-page UNITY GUIDE ($275 Value).
- $500 10′ x 10′ Space inside the main exhibit hall.
- $350 10′ x 10′ Space along the outer concourse hall.
- Submit application below.
- Application will be reviewed by staff.
- You will receive an approval or regrets email to the address provided in your application within 2-3 weeks.
- All fees must be paid in full before January 31st, 2019.
- Once payment has been received, you will be sent the 2019 Vendor Handbook and guidelines for vending, as well as information on mandatory vendor meetings.
- Finally, you’ll be consulted on a first-come, first-served basis before being assigned a vendor space.
